WHAT WE BELIEVE
Founder & Visionary behind Moca Radiance
My journey began with a simple observation: in the high-pressure world of beauty and entrepreneurship, we often prioritize the "glow up" on the outside while neglecting the light within.
As a first-generation business leader currently pursuing my Bachelor’s in Business Administration at UMGC, my path has been defined by the balance of artistry and strategy. After earning my Associate’s in Business, I realized that I wanted to build something more than a studio—I wanted to build an ecosystem.
A pivotal chapter in my journey was being selected for the AMBER Business Fellows Program. This experience sharpened my mission to ensure that Moca Radiance wasn't just a business, but a social enterprise. It taught me that "knowing your numbers" is just as vital as "knowing your why".
For me, MOCA isn't just a name; it’s the blueprint of my life. Whether I’m perfecting a set of lashes, designing compression gear, or studying for my next exam, my goal remains the same: to create access to growth and confidence for my community here in Silver Spring and beyond.

At 21, I’ve learned that building a brand is about so much more than just a service or a product—it’s about the purpose that fuels it. As I balance my business studies with the intentional growth of this ecosystem, Moca Radiance has become my way of proving that ambition and mental wellness are meant to thrive together.
